What does an ADDitude Directory listing include and cost?

Basic Listings ($150/year) include a short description, one photo, and contact information. They appear below the Premium and Showcase listings in the default listings view.

Premium Listings ($245/year) include both a short and a long description, top specialties, business hours, contact information, and ages served. In the default listings view, Premium listings appear below Showcase listings and above Basic listings.

Showcase Listings ($325/year) include both a short and a long description, top specialties and expertise, business hours, contact information, ages served, social media links, a downloadable file, and ratings and reviews. In the default listings view, Showcase listings appear at the top of the results. Showcase listings also rotate in the “Featured Listing” positions on the Directory homepage and the main Directory Listings page.

How do I edit my listing once it is live?

You can edit your ADDitude Directory listing at any time by logging into your account and making changes to your listing. Save those changes, and they will go live within 2 business days following admin review.

How can I get my listing to appear at the top of search results?

Showcase listings appear at the top of all lists, followed by Premium and then Basic listings. You can upgrade your listing at any time for a pro-rated charge calculated based on the amount of time remaining until renewal.

How can I upgrade my listing?

You can upgrade your listing at any time by paying a prorated upgrade fee based on the time remaining until renewal of your listing. Please contact us at [email protected] to calculate your upgrade fee and process your payment.

Can I downgrade my listing?

ADDitude does not offer partial refunds for listings being downgraded from Premium or Showcase, so there is no benefit to downgrading your listing once it is live.

Can I list my product in the ADDitude Directory?

Yes, simply select the Category ‘ADHD-Friendly Product’ when creating your Basic, Premium, or Showcase listing.

In what order do listings appear on search results pages?

By default, Showcase listings appear first, Premium listings next, and Basic listings last. However, directory users can sort results alphabetically, or by ratings.

How can I retrieve a lost or forgotten username or password?

How many visitors does ADDitude have each month?

1.7 million unique visitors access ADDitudeMag.com each month, and the site received 3.7 million monthly pageviews. The ADDitude Directory is promoted heavily on and linked prominently from ADDitudeMag.com, and the ADDitude team refers users to the Directory often.

Can I track my listing’s views and clicks?

Yes. Log in to your ADDitude Directory account, select Listings > Manage in the left-hand navigation, and click 'view this listing report' for a monthly summary of views, clicks, e-mails, and other statistics.

How long will my listing appear in the ADDitude Directory?

All listings are annual, with automatic renewal for your convenience.

How will i know when to renew my listing?

You will receive an email notification 30 days and 5 days before your listing automatically renews. These emails will contain a link allowing you to edit your listing. If you choose not to renew your listing, you can opt out of automatic renewal at any time prior to your renewal date.
